Your transmission has a drain plug, making it easy to 'drain and fill'.
Remember that you will replace only about half of the transmission fluid this
way. At 36,000 miles, I would start now and do a drain and fill every 2nd or
3rd oil change (every 10,000 to 15,000 miles). This will keep the average age
of the fluid under 30,000 miles.

The orange 'Dexcool' coolant is rated for a 5 year life. I would shade that a
bit and change every 4 years.
