Saab USA executive defects to drinks company Diageo [saabnet.com]

DETROIT, March 31 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. on Thursday said
the head of its Saab division in the United States was leaving the
automaker to take a position with Diageo, the spirits, wine
and beer company.
GM said Debra Kelly-Ennis, the outgoing Saab Cars USA chief who
joined the world's largest automaker in 1998, would be replaced as
the brand's general manager effective April 1 by Jay Spenchian.
Spenchian, who also joined GM in 1998, has held a variety of
positions with the Cadillac brand including one as marketing
director for its new CTS, XLR and SRX vehicle line.
