H4 Lights

I recently replaced the standard halogen sealed beams inmy '83 900S with European H4s. This is a 200mm rectangularlens-with-replaceable-bulb type light that is the same sizeas standard large rectangular American sealed beams. Thedifference is so amazing I thought I'd post a note for thebenefit of other Saab owners out there. The pattern is whatis most improved. You can't believe what a flat, regularpattern of light comes out of these things. In addition,they each have a 15 degree flare on the right side. Sort oflike this: / / / / / /-------------------/ -------------------/ I got them for $38 each. At this price I also recommenda pair of Lexan plastic covers ($10) particularly if you live in the land of the salt truck.
