Hydraulic Top Pump

The top pump in my '89 900 appears to be dead (or nearly so). The wiring
checks out okay. The pump doesn't appear to be pulling an unusual
amount of current, but it's not pumping (occasionally slowwwly pumping
just a bit). The fluid level is fine. Anyone have recommendations on
rebuilding/replacements, etc?
