FWIW Aero comes with some nice Michelin Pilots.

The irony is not lost on me that my wife's 9-5 V6 is about 1 sec faster 0-60
than my dailer driver Impreza 2.5RS. :))

Now the 9-5 SE seats I actually like a lot - being 6'5' and 250lb, with
back problems - what is your issue with them? Agreed they don't have
a huge amount of lateral support but they are quite comfy and supportive.
Interesting tidbit, the 9-5 V6 uses the same oil filter as the 4 cylinder
engines.
(unlike the older V6 which was different).
I also assume a lot of people got the campaing letters for 9-3 and 9-5
fixes.
Mine was done at last oil change.
