right rear seatbelt will not retract

Hello,
I would like to thank all who contribute to this list it has provided me with many helpful
insights.
I have a new problem to deal with, the right rear seatbelt in my '93 9000CSE has frozen at
one length. Before tearing apart the interior of the car I wonder if anyone has any tips on
how to get to the seatbelt retraction mechanism without damaging the car.
