Probably a bad DI cassette or a loose connection. The DI cassette is the red thing with the 4 bolts holding it to the valve cover on your engine. It is a set of 4 coils that mount directly to your spark plugs. These are a common problem. After the engine cools, take the 4 bolts out and pull it STRAIGHT out. I usually pull up on the left side a LITTLE bit, then the right, then the left, CAREFULLY rocking it out of it's place. The 4 coils are filled with a special fluid. Sometimes the coils crack or leak. Check them carefully. If you see a crack, BINGO. Get it replaced. If you are out of warranty, just buy the parts and do it yourself. The cassette isn't that expensive (~$300-400). You may also need a wiring harness for it (the upgraded to a newer style...you may already have it though). If there are no cracks, there is still a possibility that's what the problem is. You can always have a dealer pull codes on the LH and DI/APC system to see what they say. But most of the time, it IS the DI cassette.
Hope that helps!
