Are those Dunlop SP Sport 9000 tires all season tires?

I'm no expert, but it seems to me that some requirements help to decide
tires. Here is an incomplete list of criteria:

- wear (i.e. how long do you want them to last)
- handling (how stiff the sidewalls, for hair-raising turns)
- traction in dry
- traction in wet
- traction in snow
- comfort
- noise
- cost
- whether these are a choice for three seasons or four

Obviously, some criteria conflict with others.

Does anyone have 3-season tire advice for me? Saabira (which means
patience in Arabic) is a 1995 9000 CS. It wears 195/65HR15 size. I
drive snow tires in the winter. I'd like to spend less than $70/tire,
preferably less. 40,000 miles is acceptable for me, as I like to
change tires every two years. Wet weather ability is somewhat
important, but I drive very cautiously in the rain, so maybe it isn't.
(Any advice to sway my attitude there?) Obviously, snow handling is
not important. Noise and comfort are important, but so is handling to
a degree.

I bought the car in June, and they have Michelin Rain Force something
or other tires. They have bad traction. I bet they'll last a zillion
miles. Big deal. I had some Bridgestone RE930's on my old car (a 1987
9000S) and they were great. Great handling and not too much noise.
This car has tons more pickup than the old one, so maybe that's the
reason for my bad traction complaint.

tirerack.com ought to have one of those expert systems which picks a
tire based on the criteria you key in.
