There are 3 bolts: One in each fenderwell, about knee level just inboard of the front door opening (extreme left and right edge of the panel), and one in the ash tray in the center.
Before the panel slides out, you might also have to remove the trim panel under the steering wheel. The ash tray light is the only other dangling connection I can recall.
