intermittant ABS light only at night

Hi,
I just purchased a 95' Saab 900SE convertible with the 2.5l V6. The car
has 86k miles on it. My ABS light keeps coming on. It only seems to come
on at night (when the Saab dealer is closed) and the Saab dealer can't
find any stored codes. They tell me to bring it in next time the light
comes on so they can test the car while the light is on. The problem is
that it only seems to happen at night. Sometimes if I keep driving with
the ABS light on the 'TCS off' light will come on as well. If I am using
the cruise control, it will disengage on its own while the ABS & TCS
light are on. I can turn it back on and it may or may not turn disengage
again. It's really annoying! The dealer I purchased the car from has
agreed to fix the problem, if only someone knew what to fix. Could
someone please advise?
