Ari,
I am not sure on the 9-3, but on other cars you can un-twist without removing the belt or trim. Remember, it got twisted without taking anything apart. Pull the belt all the way out. This may do it. Plan B would be to pull it all the way out and insert it with a twist in the correct direction. This has worked for me in the past.
