Hi Dave,
I mounted a set of Hella 530s on my 1986 900T. I got two used brackets from
Sobstory for just a few bucks each. There are threaded holes on the back of
the bumper that the brackets bolt up to. You'll need to get the appropriate
hardware.
I got the correct relay from a Saab dealer, but you could use the wiring
harness and relay that comes with the Hellas and just wire them in from the
switch already installed in your car. I've seen this done as well.
