thank you. i'll look into it! i know there's some things you don't want to skimp on, and some things that don't matter who does them (some people told me anyone can do my brakes, just as long as the parts, pads etc are really good quality, but only the dealer should do the major service, however i didn't know which category motorvac was in? so any old shop can do that for me...or should i hunt around for a little better than 'joes' and a little less expensive than 'west side snaab' ... i mean 'saab' ;)

hmmm...okay, i think my dad always had that 2-piece kind like a cross, which it sounds like you are describing a DIY way of making your own...someone else said hit the lugs with a hammer first, they're not over tightened, but you do need to break the seal a bit...sounds scarry, but do you think that's true?
