Thanks.  I found it.  This is the first car that I've owned with an air
filter that was not accessible from under the hood.  Also, this is my first
turbocharged car, so the extra plumbing was new to me too.  

The SID was replaced under warranty late last year.  Should this have been
the new/updated part, or is the new part still problematic.  The warranty
doesn't run out until later this year, so hopefully any problems like this
will re-surface before then.
