Have you checked to see if: A.) there are two gaskets on the filter
(soemtimes an old filter gasket can stick to the block; installing a new
filter means you have two gaskets in place, which will leak)   B.) No gasket
on the oil filter -- it's possible the filter was missing the gasket or it
fell off prior to installation.
 
Acceleration will increase oil pressure, forcing more oil out of any leak --
filter included.  If it's not one of these things, then we'll rely on the
Saab experts out there!  Good Luck --
