My 90 conv has developed the 'standard' tears at the top mid section.  The 
perforations are about 2 inches long and straight.  The top is in good 
overall condition and is watertight.  Has anyone had any success with 
sewing the perforations closed or patching.  Would appreciate any fix which 
has worked for you.
