Years for automatic seatbelts

I'll be in the market for a newer Saab in the next few weeks... newer than
87, younger than the NG 900's... What years and models have the automatic
seatbelts? I can't stand them, even though I never drive without one on. What
years did the 900 and 9000 have them?
