I'm not sure this is a correct assumption. I'm not sure how much input Investor AB has really supplied over the last decade. It was clear at the convention that GM has given Saab engineers and Saab marketing a lot of control and it has yielded positive results for everyone involved. I'm encouraged that GM is extending its relationship which tells me they feel Saab is a success.
I've never felt more confident about Saab's future.
Of course, we've been hearing predictions here about how GM will screw up Saab ever since The Saab Network began back in 1988 which was at the same time that GM made an initial investment.
