door fabric

Hi all,
I have a C900 ('88 900T), and am trying to change that patch
of fabric that is on the upper part of the driver and passenger
door (this car is a 3-Door). This is the fabric that surrounds
the door release.
Does anyone have experience doing this? Is this more
work than someone would want to get into? It doesn't seem
obvious at this point to what must be taken apart/unscrewed.
