Reinforcement Bracket (New Installed))
This is the new steel replacement bracket installed. I snapped the old bracket while trying to press out the old bolts to zinc plate them

Bolt Securement
The bolts pass thru the holes in the bracket (which is on the back side of this crossmember) and then passes thru the crossmember. The bolts are secured using jack nuts and fender washers where need for corrosion holes.

Mid Assembly
The foam is re-installed, then crossmember (with bolts), then bumper casing, then securing rail (not shown yet) to lock down the casing. I had to shave foam off (casing side) to allow clamping force with added space for nuts and washers with new setup.

Old Bracket vs New Bracket
Old was cast aluminum with knurled bolts pressed in. New is zinc-plated steel and bolts were replaced free-standing with M8 sized hardware.
