Fortunately the junkyard had the trans on the shelf and put it in my station wagon with a forklift.

Kickdown Cable & Shift lever
Throttle cable was kinked and shift control lever different on the used trans, so installed parts from original.

Hoist used trans out of wagon
Although a shop crane ("cherry picker") is not needed for R&R it helps move the transmissions around.
