I share many of your same sentiments, but after reading the book (see below posts) I realized the materials that seem cheap to me are apparently the highest quality ever put in a SAAB, but are completely new and haven't been put in a car before, Some environmental stuff. As for BMW's, they are nice, but not worth their price, and gutless at altitude. IMO. Why didn't Saab put out a car that has at least has 250Hp to start? At least for us power hungry Americans? I'm with you, the Aero is the way to go for now.
