I have a linear with just a few options (sunroof, heated seats/headlight washers, and 16" wheels). I love this car. I drive it a lot (60 miles/day) and have no complaints at all. The manual trans shifts very smoothly and I have been impressed with the feel of the car. My gf has an Audi 1.8TQ (auto unfortunately) that I have had the opportunity to drive on a recent roadtrip. About 250 miles into the trip she asked me how I liked it compared to my car, and I just couldn't lie. I think that the 9-3 handles much better, has better rolling acceleration, and steering felt tighter. I have never second guessed this purchase. This is my third Saab experience (1982 900T, dad had 1997 900T).

I've seen a Vector at work for months now, and today met the owner. He was planning to buy a 330i until he drove the Vector. He thought that the Vector beat the 330i in his book. He liked the BMW, but thought that this had more of the driving experience that he wanted. (better than the ultimate driving machine!! love it) It is his first Saab.

Okay, I'm getting long-winded now, but I really have been impressed with the car and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
