European delivery questions.... (long)

Well after some discussion with my wife (and contingent on a few other things working out) it looks like we might be taking European Delivery on a SportCombi sometime in Summer '07. We need a car, we'll need a trip, and it sounds like a great deal. Couple questions though...
-How "carved in stone" are the Euro delivery prices given on the SaabUSA site? While there appears to be a consistent $3-4k discount, thats off of MSRP, which we all know is very rarely what folks pay on Saabs. Is it fairer to say you wind up paying about the same as a well negotiated local sale but with $2k towards a vacation tossed in?
-Would the same ~$3k discount apply after options or are the options discounted a bit as well?
-How long does it take for the cars to reach the US after drop off? I'm in Michigan for what that's worth.
-Are there major changes planned to the 9-3 for '07? We've seen pictures of a new dash and rumors of a new front end, but are those for '07 or '08?
-What's driving on the continent like? Been to the UK a couple times, and that's just like the US just on the wrong side and painfully crowded. I've got a feeling Germany is a little different.
-How long would it take to drive to Munich from Sweden? I doubt we'll have a ton of time, but my wife REALLY wants to see southern Germany and I'm set on taking delivery in Trollhattan. Figured we could come down through Denmark and Hamburg, but I have no idea how much time to block out for it.
Thanks in advance for the answers, no doubt I'll pop in from time to time with more questions as the day draws closer. We've never had a new car before, but this sounds like a great way to do it!
