For along time I have posted a brake chirping over bumps issue on this site and I got very few responses. Every time I went to the dealer and we rode together sometimes they heard the noise sometimes they didn't. Consequently after multiple attempts to fix the problem remains. What really drove the point home to the dealer was a 20 minute video tape that I took with my arm and camera out the window going over very crack in my neighborhood. With every bump there was an audible chirp. the dealer could not ignore the issue and to this day continues to seek a solution. A sound picture is worth a thousand test drives with a mechanic. Take a video camera with you when you drive and document. I agree with Anders if they cannot hear it how can they deal with it.
