I ones drove a $300,000.00 Ferrari and I couldn't believe how it was shaking for every little imperfection in the road, sending shivers up the steering column. My $3,000.00 78 Lincoln Continental took those same imperfections with no complaints whatsoever.
Jokes aside.
Since you have tried three different tires, I would guess that's not the issue but it might be. What brand, model and tire pressure did you use.
Are the vibrations felt all the way from low speed increasing as the speed increase or does it show up only at higher speeds? Is it only going over bumps or unevenness in the road surface (shiver)?
As I have mentioned before. My wife's 07 anniversary edition (235/45/17) was horrible with rumbling noise from cheap Westlake SA05 tires but got a lot better with the Continental ContiProContact which are my favorites.
It is still a little bit bouncy since I run them higher in pressure (about 36-38Psi) but the overall road noise/vibrations are gone.
