Check to see if there is a fuse for just that window. As John said, the switch packs are simply little computers that "request" that the window be moved up or down.
Do the other 3 windows go up & down from the switches on the driver door, or their own individual switches? While it's certainly possible it could be the switch pack contacts for the driver window, if all the others work from the driver door switch pack, that's probably not it.
Best way to have it checked is at a dealer or Saab specialist with a Tech 2 which can talk to the car and see if it is the switch or something else.
