I am mounting an e-z pass for the first time in my '99 9-3. I would like to place it as high up on the windshield and behind the rearview mirror to keep it out view from the driver's seat, if possible. Can I place it on top of the black "wiring" at found at the top of the windshield? (What is the purpose of this wiring which encircles the windshield)?
Thanks!
