The model is the 2.0T, not the 2.0t. I'm sure you know the difference but I've seen a few post-2005 2.0Ts with '2.0t' on the rear deck which means the car's been hit and repaired by someone who didn't know the difference.
I'd skip the Aero because, while entertaining, the price of gas will be going through the roof real soon and that V-6 is thirsty.
As for your '99 9-3 SE, all the stuff except for the A/C is a relatively cheap fix. The SID can be fixed permanently by BBA Reman for around $69, the power seat trim is less than $40 at Eeuroparts, the little bullseye plug (ACC interior sensor) is just under $100 at Eeuroparts, and the turn signal stalk is $110 at Eeuroparts (if your SID is messed up but all you're missing is the sound of the 'click,' a rebuilt SID may fix that for you).
