I am sorry for not checking which 9-3 board to post on.
this is my first time dealing with a 9-3, i usually am only researching 9000 issues, as this 9-3 is a friends car...
anyways... ok, so the alarm would disable the starter for sure?
I have heard conflicting reports of this around the internet, that the alarm ECU might let it crank but wouldn't let the fuel pump run or something.
will check the fuses as per anders suggestions. thanks
