I think the Saab pump is $450 or so .. that's what a dealer or most indys would use. Plus maybe 2.5hrs. Would be nutty for them just to change the sender unless the car is VERY low miles and new.
Most of them do not want to take a chance on installing non Saab boxed parts.
This is a $750 job I think.
For DIY $225 plus $45 for the locking ring wrench.
