Has anyone figured out where to buy a fuel pump with the 'pulse valve'?

I've had a few installed by Meineke in San Jose. The best they can find is a Carter pump - but it won't 'warm start'.

Many fuel pumps for this car are now coming with a missing component even though they are listed as an OEM equivalent.

The OEM fuel pump that Saab previously sold had a small regulator/bypass/valve. (Saab Original 9-3 Pulse Valve Fuel Pump 32500874 - ORIO)

ORIO ran out of the valve part in the last few years.

The dealer in Sunnyvale says they can get one that works, but can't tell me if it has the pulse valve, and I'd have to pay $100+ restocking fee if they order it for me, I look at it, and reject it. Also they say they have a special warehouse they order from that only 'dealers' have access to.

I've called eEuroparts and asked if the fuel pump they sell (from PartsPro) has the valve, they said they would check and get back to me.

TL;DR: Does anyone know where to buy a fuel pump assembly for a 2006 Saab 9-3?
