Thanks K.C.! I'm beginning to like the way they look more each time I look. :)
I know there were a few sets of 16's listed on the Parts Classified page for not a whole lot of money with good rubber. I was watching eBay and saw a set go-by on there too. It looked to me like the going rate for a set in good condition with decent rubber was somewhere around $500-600. For the good deals you'll have to be quick--while watching, it occured to me that if a person normally buys fairly expensive tires it's almost the same amount of money to buy a used set with good tread already mounted, and the shipping is offset by the lack of balanacing/mounting/disposal fees... (that's how I justified it to myself anyway, and my girlfriend bought-it, so it's not THAT far fetched) :)
I'd offer to sell you my old 16's but I think I'm going to hang onto them and put some race rubber on for the weekends.
