Paint chips / weak paint - anyone else have problems?

My 2004 linear (Black) had paint chips when I bought it. Saw one, but missed the rest til I got it home in my well lit garage. Dealer claimed they had an "expert" who could "airbrush" the spots. Don't know what they were talking about since it seemed like standard dab some paint on repair to me. Anyway, dealer tried to fix, but porter or someone dings the door and scratched it worse than all the chips combined. You can imagine how I feel when I pick-up my few days old car! My question though is, what's the deal with SAAB paint? I have never seen a car with such weak paint quality. I am a GM fan and I sure hope SAAB starts using GM Paint quality! Anyone else have problems with paint on their new car? Is this a historical problem on all SAABs? Wonder what the lemon law is on paint problems and how you prove it? Thanks, Eddie
P.S. Despite the paint this is one awesome car!
