My less than intelligent dealer (no offense Mike) tried to badger me into the CPO by quoting over and over "But it's good for 100,000 miles" when in fact on my 2000 Aero the coverage amounted to 10months due to the fact that it covers the car for 6years from the in-service date OR 100,000miles, whichever comes first. The standard warranty was 2 months/2500 miles. I purchased the car almost exactly 5 years after the in-service date. My choice was to pocket the $1500 for the CPO and hope for the best.
