I have Bilstein Sport shocks and Eibach Pro Kit springs on my 1999 9-5 2.3 lpt. This is in addition to the front and rear Aero sway bars and poly bushings, also a nice set of 17" BBS RK wheels.
I bought the sway bars, bushings, and wheels from Taliaferro, a site sponsor, http://www.genuinesaab.com.
The shocks and springs I purchased from Shox.com, the service guy was Daryl and he was excellent. Shipping was very fast and I'd recommend them. I had originally tried to get the Eibach Pro-System for my car, but after months of it being backordered, I went with the Bilstein Sport / Eibach combo instead.
I have had this setup now for a year and have been VERY happy with it.
Below is a pic of my car after the install. See http://images.antre.net/saab/9-5_03.jpg for a pic of how it looked before. Note the reduction in wheel gap.
