Service Problems and A/C Noise

I have a new 9.5 with 2500km and my worse fears are coming true. In Canada, Saabs are serviced by Saturn/Saab/Isuzu dealers. I came off an Isuzu lease and quite disappointed with the service and fear of this continuing with the Saab was a major concern. First of all the car was delivered with two washer jets inoperable. After owning the car for two days I figured I could drop by and have someone look at it - wrong, make an appointment 5 days hence. Had to reschedule the appointment for 10 days hence. Had to order parts from Sweden - good thing its summer. Not a good start, I have been to the dealer 3 times in last month. Had to have my salesman intervene with service to have this fixed - threatened to give the car back if no timely solution. Was I too unreasonable here?
Have a noise in the A/C. When auto is depressed a low frequency groan is heard for a few seconds. Also, when I shut the car off a siliar groan is heard but longer and louder, assume it is the A/C. Anyone out there experience this.
Also, a higher pitched whine in the steering mostly when leaving the parking lot or driveway. Steering does not need to be anywhere close to full lock. Of course, the dealer can't here the first one and the second one is normal.
Finally, my door mirrors vibrate at highway speed, is this normal?
Thanks
Steve
