I have a 2000 wagon with a similar issue. Code B2495 Left Heater Flap. I have not looked into doing it because it was my understanding that it requires the entire dash to be pulled (although this was proabably for a complete heater box repair) and for a first timer this would be a solid weekend of work. Can the flap be repaired/replaced by accessing under the dash once the flap motor is pulled?
