Last night, I went to change lanes and looked over my right shoulder and saw nobody, so I moved over one lane and to my surprise heard a nice crunch and felt my car get pushed out sideways a bit. Should have checked both my mirrors and over my shoulder, but I didn’t, and she was hiding in my blind spot. Everyone is ok as it wasn’t the most dramatic of impacts. Her Subaru has minimal damage, but my rear right passenger door is pretty well caved in. I'll have to pay my $500 deductible and possibly an insurance rate increase. My first accident I have been in that was my fault, and boy do I feel terrible. My question is, does anyone know of any body shops in the Bellevue/Seattle area in Washington that are exceptional? I have used Bel-Red auto rebuild in the past and they do a reasonable job and are easy to deal with. I am VERY picky and am counting on having to bring my car back a couple times to make sure its perfect no matter where I take it. The key is though using a place that will reduce my trips back and are happy to work with someone as picky as I am.
