60K Service - Questions

I purchased my '99 9-5 SportWagon, 2.3L, auto tranny, a little over 3 years ago. It was a lease turn in with 37K on it. I also purchased an extended warranty through my indie, which has paid for itself to date. Anyway, a major service was performed on the car when I purchased it and it is now approaching the 67K mileage mark.
In the past 3 years I have had both front wheel bearings replaced, throttle body replacement, turbo replacement, exhaust replacement, DI Cassette replacement + plugs (in the last 6 months), belt conversion (in the past 3 months), oil pressure sensor replacement, SID replaced, battery replacement (Interstate), plus a few minor adjustments along the way. It's now time for its next major service.
I have followed the manufacturers suggested fluid replacement meaning your approved 10w/30 dino oil every 3K. I am now wondering if it is proper/compatible to switch to full synthetic Mobil 1 for the crankcase and a full synthetic for the tranny. Also, is there anything else I should have my indie look into while he has the car. I read about head bolt retorque on this forum. Is that important to do or should they be replaced as well? Anything else?
I plan on keeping this car for at least another 6 years minimum. It's been a joy to drive. Your input/suggestions are appreciated. T-minus 4 weeks till service time! Thanks!
