Just had it done to my MY05 9-5 Arc SW, under warranty.
The dealer here in Toronto had the baffle in stock. They warned me to expect a fuel odour after the repair, but I went in with a quarter tank, and that probably made it much less messy for everyone.
I also had the fluctuating gauge, only when full. looked it up here on TSN, and was able to assist the techs with the diagnosis! The other thing I noticed was that i couldn't fill it up, even when on low reserve, with a full 65 to 68 litres, so it was likely that the sender was being affected.
Cheers,
CrNiFe
