OnStar address needed

Does anyone have an ADDRESS for OnStar so I can file my COMPLAINT? I do not wish to email anyone -- and I am going to make sure my Saab salesman gets copied on the letter. After all, he wanted me to let him know how I "liked it".
I am so pissed off right now I don't even feel like telling my story! To make it short all I will say is this: I requested a replinishment of 100 personal calling minutes to which I was told that the "system was down" and could not be processed at that time, and I should call back. Only to find out the next day that (1) I was charged about $170 for FIVE HUNDRED MINUTES, and (2) when I tried to make the call, the damn recording STILL said I had "insufficient units" available. Then finally, and this is the kicker - when I got a customer service person on the phone and told them to reverse that charge and correctly charge me for the 100 minutes I requested, I was told that the reversal could not be done until I "faxed them a copy of my credit card statement to show that I was charged". HELLO????? First of all, I did not authorize the charge, and secondly, they have record right there that they gave me the 500 minutes (even though they weren't working) and secondly, what is this crap that I have to prove to THEM I was charged? Anyway - just really pissed over here. I'm done venting - thanks for listening. I won't even get into the fact that she made me get on my cordless phone from home, call her back using the OnStar and let her HEAR the recording that said I had insufficent units, BEFORE she would actually replenish me. ARGH!
