I suggest getting touch-up paint, which you can get from the dealer (call ahead to make sure they have it in stock and get the part number too). I did this and have used it over and over on the bumper areas exactly like you mentioned. Since the marks usually have some depth to them too, the repainting doesn't look 100% perfect, but it is 98%, I would say. The key is to use a toothpick to apply the paint, NOT the brush that is in the touch-up paint container. The brush is much too thick and will apply a grossly excessive amount of paint. Just touch the toothpick barely into the paint and then touch it to the clean area that needs paint. It will flow into the areas that need it. Just repeat if it wasn't a large enough drop.
