Here's my experience.

My wife drives a 2001 9.5 SW Aero. She has roughly 18K on Avon 550's which we purchased due to reviews on this board and disatisfaction with the Bridgestone Potenza's which were on the car at purchase. We have not experienced the cupping which led to unsafe wear on both rear Bridestones. The tires are louder now than when purchased but not much more than the OEM Michelin's we have on the other '01 9.5 SW with approximately the same milage. With frequent rotation and "reversing" the tires on the rims, I expect to get 30K. Given the low price at Tire Rack, I would buy them again. Another plus, they allow us to drive the Aero in the Sierra's in light snow.
