You will most likely have a difficult time if you are out of the one year adjustment period. I had the same lip you are describing plus additional severe groves in other areas of the rotors. The dealer was trying to charge me for the repair, but I showed them the language in the owners manual that states that during the first year SAAB will replace items that would normally be considered wear items, such as: breaks, rotors, wipers, headlight bulbs, etc.
