I believe you are talking about the large rubber coupling at the throttle body and the plastic hose the connects to the intercooler. The turbo's tend to leak a little on the V-6's - maybe the 4's too? Mine is a V6 with a new turbo and mine accumulates oil in the hose that connects to the throttle body too. Some oil is normal. If you see blue smoke regularly when you start it, your turbo could be going? Things that can cause excessive oil on the intake side besides the turbo failing can be a dirty air filter, too much engine oil (well above the full mark), a faulty check-valve on the PCV system, restricted turbo drain line to the pan. All will cause either excessive intake vacuum or excessive pressure in the crankcase which all contribute to the turbo drooling. I'm thinking if you're not see blue smoke regualarly, your turbo is probably fine.
