If your rear springs are sagging (measured ride height is lower than spec), then replacing the springs will raise the rear of the car and decrease negative camber slightly. Shocks won't make a difference (the gas pressure in the shock has very little effect on ride height) but you need to get the shock out to replace the spring anyways, so might as well get new ones!
