I wouldn't.
Besides the factory galvanizing, I wouldn't want to drill holes in a new car. I can imagine that if you ever DID have a problem, you'd have a problem convincing SAAB it wasn't the fault of the rustproofing!
My '83 SAAB 900, never rustproofed, never rusted. My '89 900 (Malmo plant) had a lot of rust.
