Cold Brook Saab

Has anyone had current experience with Cold Brook Saab in the metropolis of Skowhegan, Maine?
I bought a used 9-5 there years ago. It immediately -- i.e., next day --needed major work. Cold Brook didn't put up any argument. They had it fixed under warranty and it's been thriving ever since.
Cold Brook's advertised prices look attractive. (We saved $5,000 by crossing three state lines to buy there.) But they're not usually listed in Internet searches for official Saab dealers, and their salesmen say that CPO vehicles are simply a way to raise prices. So I'm wondering if Cold Brook specializes in buy backs or vehicles with problematic histories.
It seems to me that Saab may have two tiers of dealerships -- The top tier is advertised, sells new and CPO and would rather let a new car sit on the lot for six months than drop the price. Tier two isn't advertised much, doesn't deal in CPOs for whatever reason, and is willing to make a deal.
One theory -- okay, auto gossip -- is that a location in Maine with it's loose used car regs is the perfect place for a second tier dealer.
Nothing wrong with this approach, if you're a buyer on a budget and know what you're getting into. I searched Cold Brook on this board and the comments were generally favorable. Just wondering as I begin to look again ...
