I don't know about the different tiers for Saab dealerships, but have been very pleased with my dealings at Cold Brook over the past 10-12 years.
Before buying my first Saab, I called several dealers and only Cold Brook seemed genuinely interested in my phone call and helping me find the right car. I was impressed then, have bought 2 more cars from them and recommended them to several friends and co-workers.
If a problem came up, it was resolved - and when it's time for service, they pick up my car (I work ~ 40 miles away) and leave me a loaner. The next day my car is returned fixed, and clean.
They have always been willing to talk with me if I had a concern - and both the GM, Rick Cook, and owner, Joey Joseph, are accessible and responsive.
Lest I get too comfy that all Saab dealers are the same, I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with one in NJ a couple years ago that left a very different taste in my mouth.
There are not many places that I would endorse so willingly, but IMHO, Cold Brook Saab is one of the best.
